Balancing tenant needs with building capabilities.
We design with both in mind.
Designing systems for commercial spaces and tenant improvement projects requires an understanding of both the building infrastructure and the specific tenant requirements. Retail businesses, restaurants, and high tech companies use different equipment and technologies and require different working environments. The MEP systems necessary to support their equipment and create their environments must be designed accordingly.
Cammisa + Wipf has long-term commercial clients who rely on us to ensure that their buildings can handle any modifications required for a particular tenant. We work closely with the building engineers to understand their procedures so we can design the best possible solution for both the tenant and the building.
